Roscón de Reyes is a traditional cake eaten during Epiphany (el día de los Reyes Magos) on January 6.

It is a round cake with a hole in the center. The roscón is often decorated with candied fruit, with colors such as red, yellow and green. The shape of the cake, together with the decoration, thus symbolizes the crowns of the Three Wise Men.
